Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to offering ethical, respectful, and reliable mental health services. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and responsible scheduling, please take a moment to review the following policies:
Payment Policy
All sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance.
This secures your appointment time. If payment is not received, the slot will not be held and may be offered to another client.
- Cancellation & Missed Session Policy
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session, or missed sessions, will be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, please reach out to discuss your situation.
- Refund Policy
If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed and credited to the client’s bank account within 7 business days via the original payment method, unless another method is requested.
- Therapist Rescheduling
In the rare event that your therapist needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be informed as early as possible.
You may choose to reschedule or receive a refund, as agreed upon through mutual discussion—no fees will apply in this case.
- Therapeutic Fit & Feedback Policy
We understand that therapy is a deeply personal process, and finding the right therapeutic fit is important. If you feel a session didn’t meet your expectations, we encourage open feedback within 24 hours.
Therapy can sometimes feel challenging as part of the healing process. While this discomfort is normal, we are committed to ensuring that you feel safe and supported. If appropriate, we may offer a session with a different therapist or explore alternative next steps.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only at the therapist’s discretion in rare circumstances.
