Shraddha Gupta holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked across hospitals, schools, and organizations, ultimately finding her true calling in counselling. With over 1,000 client-facing hours, she has supported individuals of various age groups and backgrounds, addressing concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship and familial issues, OCD traits, self-confidence challenges, social maladjustment, attention difficulties, and emotional struggles.
She believes everyone needs guidance at some point, especially during low phases when trusted, unbiased support can be hard to find. As a therapist, Shraddha offers a safe, non-judgmental space that fosters self-discovery and informed decision-making. She views therapy as a necessity that should be free from stigma.
