Here’s how our refund policy works:
Free Initial Consultation:
Your first consultation with us is free. This is our way of letting you try our services without any cost. Since this session is free, it does not qualify for a refund.
Personalised Sessions:
If you choose to continue with our paid services after the free consultation, here are the refund rules:
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and we understand that. If you need to cancel a session, please tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and possibly help someone else in your slot. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, we charge a fee of 50% of the session cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We want you to be happy with our sessions. If you are not satisfied with a session, please let us know within 24 hours. We can either schedule another session with a different therapist at no extra cost or offer you a partial refund.
Paid Packages:
If you buy a package of sessions and decide you don’t want to continue, you can get a refund for the sessions you have not used. We will take a small fee for the cancellation.
Processing Refunds:
We will process your refund within 7 business days after we agree to it. We will send the money back the way you paid us, unless you ask for a different method.
Situations Handling:
We know everyone’s situation is different. If something unusual comes up, please talk to us. We handle these situations one at a time to make sure we are being fair.
